Everyday, how many kilometer walking in enough for good health?

A lot of people every day go morning walk. It's really good for health.  I have started the morning walk.  But I don't know, how many walking is enough?

I think the count is different for everyone. It depends on the purpose of walking as well as how much a person is physically able. I walk 15k steps a day in order to lose weight.

Walking is great and necessary for everyone for staying fit, especially for people who want to lose weight.  Everyday 3-4 km walking will help you to stay fit and healthy.

Walking is a great form of exercise. Regular walking has a direct impact on thecardiovascular systems. You  can walk for 30 minutes every day. Walking exercise improves your mood, Improve your balance and coordination.
