How to stop overeating to be fit and healthy?

Sometimes when I eat a forbidden food on a diet, I feel like I blew it and eat even more. Is there a way to control what you eat and when you eat?

Sometimes when eat a forbidden you dramatically reduce your caloric count, your body instantly perceives danger. Your inner alarm system that protects you from starvation kicks in and slows your metabolism. You go into starvation mode and overeat. And inevitably when you stop dieting, you regain your former weight plus some.

Yes, there is a way to stop overeating, Just drink two glass of water before taking your meals. It will not harm your digestion system but just fill your tummy and you can eat less.

Over eating can be controlled. Eat small meals with different time intervals. Drink water before every meal so that you will not eat more food as your stomach will feel full due to water. This will stop you from eating much.
