I think my morning time is best in my daily schedule because at that time I go to the garden for the morning walk.  I feel fresh and no headache at there.

No, Self-medication is not good for health.  A little side effect is dangerous to health. We don't know, how many drugs suit our health.  I think without Doctor advice, we shouldn't take any type of medicines.

We all have times when we have a lot of work pressure, which can put our health at risk. Taking time to relax will energize you for the next busy day.
After a hectic day you can take a bath, also you can have a cup of hot coffee. You should practice deep breathing exercises. You can Cook your favorite food. Do something that you really enjoy. You can Watch your favorite TV show... etc.
All these activities will definitely help to relax.

I think you should do every day minimum 4 hours body exercise.  Drink 4 - 5 liter water every day.  Drink water half an hour before meals.  If you have the office job, so take a break at regular intervals.
