No, I don't think so. If you are giving up on your happiness and you are not happy at all then how can you make someone happy. Your partner needs to understand your concern and I think your partner must care about your concerns. Compromise comes with relationships. Mutual understanding is the most key player in relationships.

They could play an important role in your fitness journey. If you are dedicated enough to follow it. I personally used an app and it is very helpful. It not only guides on how to do an exercise but also shows which muscles will hit with that exercise.

Just drink a whole water bottle. You can use a smartphone app to remind you to drink water. Eat fruits which are rich in water like watermelon. Carry a water bottle with you if you are going outside.
